Certified in Craniosacral Therapist

Elizabeth graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia in 1990. She worked in the Latrobe Regional Hospital, Victoria, Australia before returning to Hong Kong. From 1996 to 2002,

Elizabeth worked in the Hong Kong Sports Institute, looking after the elite athletes in Hong Kong. She was appointed as a physiotherapist for the Hong Kong Delegation in the Sydney 2000 Olympics, 1998/2002 Asian Games, 2001/2005/2009 East Asian Games and 1997/2001 Chinese National Games.

In 2006, Elizabeth’s son was diagnosed with Autism when he was 2. The news was devastating for the whole family and Elizabeth tried to seek effective treatment for her son. She discovered Craniosacral Therapy (CST) which greatly helped her son, who now enjoys his normal school, social and family lives. She also started incorporating CST in her treatment of clients with various sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems and had remarkable results.

Based on her unique valuable experiences from treating her own son and other involved children plus contacts with their families, Elizabeth decided to take a turn in her career to specialize in helping children with special needs. She was deeply touched by their zest for life plus incredible fighting spirits. She realises that helping these children in conquering their disabilities to achieve their highest potentials is as meaningful as supporting the elite athletes in pursuing their gold medals.
